Policy for Returns and Refunds:
- Refund Eligibility:
- Within 14 days of receiving the items, you must use our returns portal to request a return in order to be eligible for a refund.
- The things that are being returned must be in their original, resalable condition, complete with all labels and original packing. The corporation will not cover any delivery fees or other expenditures; it will only reimburse the item’s worth.
- Refund Fees:
- The cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility; however, if the item is defective, the company will pay the return shipping as required by law.
- Defective Items:
If, in the odd event that a defective product is sent to you, you must notify us within three business days of receiving the item in order to initiate a return.
- Please be aware that the things must be brand-new and unworn; we cannot accept returns or assume responsibility for items that break down or malfunction after being worn.
- Item non-returnable:
- Items that are created to order, customised, pre-ordered, non-refundable, or made to order cannot be returned.
- Processing Time for Refunds:
Refunds will be handled by the company within 14 days of the returned goods being received.
- Effect on Offer of Free Delivery:
- Delivery fees will be applied if at any point your order is less than the “Free Delivery” level. Delivery fees for the delivery option you choose will be subtracted from your refund if you return an item or part of an order and your order subtotal is less than the “Free Delivery” threshold. (Express shipping costs £7.99, Standard delivery £4.50).
- Trades:
- From the date of delivery, you have 14 days to exchange the goods. To make an exchange request, click to our return’s portal. Please be aware that exchanging an order will incur a delivery fee.
- Policy on Cancellations:
- Cancelling items: We aim to deliver goods as quickly as possible, therefore once an order is packaged, we are unable to cancel it. Therefore, there is no guarantee that an order will be able to be cancelled after it has been placed.
- The best method to notify us of your cancellation if it occurs before the things are packaged is via phone, as we might not get back to emails for up to two working days.
- If the cancellation is approved, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Items that are manufactured to order, custom ordered, pre ordered, or expressly designated as non-refundable are not covered by this.
- Process for Returns:
Items may be returned with any courier or postal service; the customer must supply tracking and insurance.
